Privacy and Personal Data

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information may be processed when you use ReviewsNutra, why it is used and what choices and rights may apply.

Last updated: September 3, 2026

1. Who is responsible for this website?

The operator of ReviewsNutra, available at reviewsnutra.blog, is responsible for data processed directly through this website. Privacy requests can be sent to contact@reviewsnutra.blog.

ReviewsNutra is an independent informational publication. It is not the manufacturer or official website of the products it reviews.

2. Information that may be processed

  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, requested resources, timestamps and security events may appear in hosting logs.
  • Correspondence: an email address, name and other information voluntarily included in a message to the editorial team.
  • Product lead forms: information requested on a specific product page, such as name, telephone number, consent status, server-observed IP address and campaign attribution parameters.
  • Session information: short-lived identifiers needed for form security, duplicate-submission protection and accurate lead-event handling.

3. Product lead forms and partners

When a visitor voluntarily submits a lead form on a product review, the form is processed on the ReviewsNutra server and the necessary data is transmitted server-to-server to the partner responsible for handling that offer. For the Formetta Kapsułki page, the transmitted lead fields include name, normalized Polish telephone number, server-observed IP address, country code and the attribution values mapped to the partner's sub fields.

The partner or its representative may use the submitted information to contact the visitor, confirm details and explain current order conditions. ReviewsNutra does not receive payment card details through this form and does not represent that submitting a lead means an order has been approved.

4. Campaign attribution

A product page may read campaign parameters such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid and UTM values from its URL. These values may be retained in browser session storage for the active tab and in local storage for up to 30 days so attribution remains available during later navigation. The campaign-link helper may append captured parameters to links and form fields; lead-form values are transmitted only when the visitor chooses to submit the form. These values are not used to change language or show different editorial content.

5. Purposes and legal bases

Data may be used to operate and secure the website, respond to correspondence, process a requested product lead, prevent immediate duplicate submissions, maintain necessary technical records and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may rely on consent, steps requested by the individual, legal obligations or legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.

6. Recipients and international processing

Information may be handled by hosting, infrastructure and email providers as necessary to operate the website. Data submitted for a product offer is also transmitted to the partner handling that specific lead. A partner may process information under its own privacy terms and in a different country. Visitors should review the information presented with a form and during order confirmation.

7. Retention

Technical logs are retained according to security and hosting needs. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to address the request and applicable claims. The Formetta duplicate-submission control stores a one-way telephone hash in the server session for a short period; the integration does not create a customer database inside this website. Browser session-storage values normally remain until the relevant browsing session ends, while campaign values in local storage may remain for up to 30 days unless the user clears them sooner.

8. Individual rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, an individual may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or port personal data, object to certain processing, withdraw consent and complain to a competent supervisory authority. Requests can be sent to contact@reviewsnutra.blog. Identity verification may be required to protect the data involved.

9. Security and changes

Reasonable organizational and technical measures are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss or disclosure. No internet transmission method eliminates every risk. This policy may be updated when the website, partners or legal requirements change; the current version and update date will be published here.
